List Prices of the Essences & Aura Sprays are as below unless otherwise indicated on this web-site:

Please note any size aura spray conatining the essentail oil "Rose Otto" carries an additional $3 surcharge.

Delivery charges

Orders placed with Australia & Tasmania will incur a flat rate minimum fee of $8.50

Full details for each product & multiple items are available on using the shopping cart.

Prducts will be sent as standard via Australian Post Express service.

Full Boxed Essence kits of 64 essences will incur a fee of $65.00 and will also be sent by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible; however delays may occur so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Platinum post is available by request at an additional fee.

New Zealand

A general flat rate minimum fee of $16.50 will apply to all orders for New Zealand.

Full Boxed Essence kits will be charged at $85.00 and will be sent by Australia Post unless requested otherwise.Please allow 2 weeks for delivery from the time of processing your order,

There is an option for delivery via UPS for secure, rapid delivery - Please ask.

Please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility.

International Orders

If you wish to place an order outside Australia, New Zealand or Tasmania please check our distributor list located on the bottom left hand side of your screen for a distributor in your country.

If there is not a distributor in your country we are happy to process your order, however, please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility.

Your order will leave our office within two weeks of receipt and be sent airmail via Australia post. Please allow a further two to three weeks for delivery. Cost for shipping will depend on the country being sent to.Precise postage & handling charges will be quoted per individual order.

Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy

At HealingOrchids Australia we take pride in offering you quality service on all levels. Our Essences are made in a loving and caring environment and are packed with extra care. However, in the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect products being packed, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being processed.
